A Summary of the Research on the Development of Residential Tourism in China

近年来,人们的生活水平不断提高,旅游业的热度一直居高不下,民宿藏游这一“接地气”的旅游新业态迅速发展起来,并逐渐成为关注的焦点。民宿旅游作为旅游业研究领域的一个新方向,对其发展情况进行客观评述,结合中国知网(CNKI)检索的相关文献,系统地归纳梳理了民宿及民宿旅游的概念界定、民宿旅游发展的经验与借鉴、民宿旅游中经管者和游客的体验与感知、民宿旅游的不同视角、民宿旅游的合作伙伴等研究,挖掘未来民宿旅游需要重点研究的方向,对民宿旅游相关理论研究的加强及其今后的发展实践研究提供参考和借鉴。

in recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the popularity of tourism has been high,residential tourism,an"approachable"tourism new business type,has developed rapidly,and has gradually become the focus of attention.As a new dirction in the field of tourism research,this paper makes an objective comment on the development of residential tourism.Combined with the relevant literature searched by China knowledge Network(CNKI),this paper systematically summarizes the definition of the concept of residential tourism,the experience and reference of the development of residential tourism,the experience and perception of operators and tourists in residential tourism,the different perspectives of residential tourism,the partners of residential tourism and so on,To explore the key research direction of residential accommodation tourism in the future,and to provide reference and reference for the strengthening of the related theoretical research of residential accommodation tourism and the practical research of its development in the future.
