摘要 本文综述了高铬铸铁/钢离心铸造复合工艺的研究和设计,探讨了两种金属离心铸造复合工艺的技术特点及适用范围,分析了双液、液-固离心铸造复合工艺中合金元素的扩散机制、两种金属界面结合特点及影响因素。提出了目前离心铸造复合工艺中存在的问题,并指出了今后的研究和应用的发展方向。 This paper summarized the current research and process design status on centrifugal compound casting process for high chromium cast iron/steel,discussed the technical characteristics and applicability of centrifugal compound casting process of the two metals,analyzed the diffusion mechanism of alloy elements both in double-liquid and liquid-solid centrifugal compound casting process,and the interfacial bond characteristic of the two metals and the influencing factors.Problems existed in current compound processes were presented in this paper and the future development tendency of investigation and application were discussed.
