摘要
本文介绍了安钢炉卷生产线700MPa低碳高强钢冶炼过程中碳、氮的控制工艺,通过严格控制冶炼过程中各工序中的增碳、吸氮环节,稳定了低碳高强钢的冶炼工艺,并取得了较好控制效果。
This paper introduces the control process of carbon and nitrogen in the smelting process of 700MPa low carbon and high strength steel in the coil production line of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd..The smelting process of low carbon and high strength steel is stabilized by strictly controlling the carbon addition and nitrogen absorption in each process,so the good control effect is achieved.
