摘要
本文介绍了高强度耐候钢卷板Q415NHE的生产试验,成分体系上采用低碳成分体系,生产工艺上采用合适的加热和轧制工艺、冷却工艺。生产试验结果表明:当卷取温度为600℃时,Q415NHE组织以F+P为主,晶粒度在10级;屈服强度在450MPa以上,抗拉强度在550MPa以上,伸长率在23%以上;-40℃冲击功在200J以上,整体工艺力学性能良好,完全满足产品技术要求。
This paper introduces the production test of Q415NHE high strength weather-resisting coil sheet.The composition system adopts low carbon composition system,and the production process adopts appropriate heating,rolling and cooling processes.The production test results show that:when the coiling temperature is 600℃,the microstructure of Q415NHE is mainly F+P,and the grain size is No.10,the yield strength is more than 450MPa,the tensile strength is above 550MPa,and the elongation is more than 23%,the impact energy at-40℃is above 200J,and the overall process mechanical properties are good,which fully meet the product technical requirements.
