摘要
本文针对汽车工程机械用钢表面“黑灰”问题,指出热连轧精轧工序产生的三次氧化铁皮是缺陷产生的原因,并分析了不同成分氧化铁皮对表面质量的影响。在此基础上,通过降低精轧机入口温度、提升轧制速度、改善机架间除鳞的方式,减少氧化铁皮,提升表面质量。
In view of the problem of"black ash"on the surface of steel for automobile engineering machinery,this paper points out that the tertiary scale produced in finishing rolling process of hot continuous rolling is the cause of defects,and analyzes the influence of scale with different compositions on surface quality.On this basis,by reducing the finishing mill inlet temperature,increasing the rolling speed and improving the descaling way between stands,the scale can be reduced and the surface quality can be improved.
