摘要
钢锭模采用正方形设计,结构为上下不同锥度、异型帽口设计、锭尾采用半尖形的技术。在钢锭总锥度不变的条件下,有针对性的增加钢锭疏松敏感带的锥度,能够大幅提高钢锭中上段的致密度,同时减少锭身上部至帽口线部位的锥度。既保证了钢锭细长的高宽比,又降低了钢锭上部及帽口部分的体积,能够大幅提高成材率,并能降低疏松、缩孔缺陷,有利于夹杂物的上浮;半尖形的尾部设计能够保证熔池内的钢水平稳上升,使钢水上升率呈一条直线。多项技术的应用提高了钢锭冶金质量。
The steel ingot mold adopts the square design,the structure is different taper from top to bottom,the shape of the cap is shaped,and the tail of the ingot adopts the technology of semi-point.Under the condition that the total taper of the steel ingot is unchanged,the taper of the loosening sensitive zone of the steel ingot can be increased in a targeted manner,which can greatly increase the density of the upper section of the steel ingot and reduce the taper from the upper part of the ingot to the cap line.It not only ensures the slender aspect ratio of the steel ingot,but also reduces the volume of the upper part of the steel ingot and the cap part,can greatly improve the yield rate,and can reduce the defects of loosening and shrinkage,which is beneficial to the floating of inclusions;the semi-sharp tail The design can ensure that the molten steel in the molten pool rises smoothly,so that the molten steel rise rate is in a straight line.The application of multiple technologies has improved the quality of steel ingot metallurgy.
