雄安新区建设是“千年大计,国家大事”。随着新区“高新高端技术产业、高端服务业”的产业结构定位,各高职院校进行了一系列专业调整,以主动迎接新技术、新产业带来的挑战。只有贴近市场、对接新的经济与产业,及时回应社会发展和产业结构变化对人才的诉求,才能够迅速适应新技术、新经济、新业态的需要。以雄安新区建设为依托,以高新产业和高端服务业人才需求为导向,不断接纳新业态下的新的就业模式,在新的环境下做好相应的就业策略调整,对促进高职院校大学生就业有着积极的意义。

The construction of Xiong’an New Area is"a millennium plan and a grand national event".With the industrial structure positioning of"high-tech&high-end industry and high-end service industry"of the New Area,a series of specialty adjustments have been carried out in vocational colleges to actively meet the challenges brought by new technology and new industry.Only by being close to the market,connecting with new economy and industry,and timely responding to the talent demands of social development and industrial structure changes,can we quickly adapt to the requirements of new technology,new economy and new business forms.Based on the construction of Xiong’an New Area,and guided by the talent demands of high-tech industry and high-end service industry,we should constantly adapt to the new employment mode in the new industry,and correspondingly adjust the employment strategies in the new circumstances,which is of positive significance to promote the employment of vocational college students.
