摘要
高层次人才引进工作是国家人才强国战略实施的重要举措,也是高校不断发展和建设“双一流”大学的关键因素。但受到各高校政策、资金以及自身条件的限制,在高层次人才引进工作中,还存在很多困难,因此,各高校要抓住机遇,通过制定科学合理的人才引进计划、拓宽人才引进渠道、完善日常管理制度、建立健全薪酬管理及激励机制等,充分发挥高层次人才在教学科研工作中的积极性、主动性,让他们切实起到引领作用,从而提高高校的办学水平和社会影响力。
The introduction of high-level talents is not only an important measure to implement the strategy of building a strong country with talents,but also a key factor for the continuous development and construction of"double first-class"universities.However,due to the restrictions of policies,funds and their own conditions,there are still many difficulties in the introduction of high-level talents.Therefore,colleges and universities should seize the opportunity to give full play to the initiative of high-level talents in teaching and scientific research,make them play a leading role in practice,and finally improve the education level and social influence of colleges and universities by formulating scientific and reasonable talent introduction plan,broadening the channels of talent introduction,improving the daily management system,establishing and improving the salary management and incentive mechanism,etc.
