The border is the forefront to safeguard the sovereignty and territorial integrity and connect with the international community,and it is a worthwhile issue to realize its stability and development under the background of the modernization of national governance.As an important city of border trade with historical and cultural complexity and ethnic diversity,Manzhouli has formed a unique path to realize border governance and stability through the benign interaction between the state and the society in two different fields of the economy and culture in the process of national governance.The tradition of human-land harmony based on the nomadic culture and the cultural diversity and the identity under the communication,interaction and integration of local ethnic groups have jointly promoted the benign interaction between the state and the local society,and safeguarded the stability and development of the border regions between China and Russia.
