重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练对运动发育迟缓患儿粗大运动功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)与康复训练联合治疗运动发育迟缓患儿的临床效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年6月于惠州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心就诊的100例运动发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患儿采用康复训练治疗,观察组患儿在对照组患儿基础上加用rTMS治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能测量量表(GMFM-88)评分与格赛尔发育量表(GDS)评分。结果治疗2个月后,两组患儿GDS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患儿GDS评分比对照组患儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿GMFM-88内A、B、C、D功能区评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患儿GMFM-88内A、B、C、D功能区评分比对照组患儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rTMS联合康复训练治疗运动发育迟缓患儿临床效果显著,有助于促进患儿总体发育,并改善其粗大运动功能。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with rehabilitation training on children with motor retardation.Methods 100 children with motor retardation in the hospital from July,2018 to June,2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with rTMS on the basis of the control group.Gmfm-88 and GDS scores were compared before and after treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment,the GDS scores of children in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the GDS scores of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of A,B,C and D functional areas in GMFM-88 of children in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of A,B,C and D functional areas in GMFM-88 of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rTMS combined with rehabilitation training on children with motor retardation is significant,which is helpful to promote the overall development of children and improve their gross motor function.
