200例社区医院糖尿病患者药学服务干预研究

Study on Pharmaceutical Service Intervention of 200 Diabetic Patients in the Community Hospital

目的分析200例社区医院糖尿病患者的药学服务干预研究。方法选取2017年1月—2019年10月沪东社区卫生服务中心收治的200例糖尿病患者,并分析患者的药物治疗效果,同时为患者提供药学干预措施。观察患者干预前后血糖血脂水平的变化,并询问患者对药学服务的满意度。结果患者干预前后血糖血脂水平的变化有统计学意义(P<0.05);200例患者中有148例非常满意,42例比较满意,仅有10例患者不满意,总满意率为95.0%。结论药物治疗是临床治疗慢性病的主要治疗方法,通过药学服务干预能够改善患者血糖血脂水平,提高患者对临床服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the pharmaceutical service intervention study of 200 diabetes patients in the community hos pital.Methods 200 patients with diabetes admitted to community hospitals from January,2017 to October,2019 were selected,and the effects of drug treatment were analyzed.Meanwhile,pharmaceutical intervention measures were provided to the patients.Chang es in blood glucose and lipid levels were observed before and after intervention,and patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical care was asked.Results The changes of blood glucose and lipid levels before and after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05);148 of 200 patients were very satisfied,42 were relatively satisfied,and only 10 patients were not satisfied.The total satisfac tion rate was 95.0%.Conclusion Drug therapy is the main treatment for chronic diseases.Through pharmaceutical service interven tion,patient’s blood glucose and blood lipid level can be improved,and patient satisfaction with clinical services can be im proved.
