匹多莫德联合氨溴特罗对急性支气管炎患儿临床症状及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Pidomod Combined with Ambroterol on Clinical Symptoms and Immune Function in Children with Acute Bron chitis

目的探讨匹多莫德联合氨溴特罗对急性支气管炎患儿临床症状及免疫功能的影响。方法选择中国人民解放军南部战区海军第一医院于2017年3月—2019年3月间接受治疗的110例急性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各55例。对照组服用氨溴特罗口服溶液,治疗组在此基础上服用匹多莫德分散片,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、临床症状消失时间等。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺部啰音、咳嗽消失时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合氨溴特罗可以改善急性支气管炎患儿临床症状,增强免疫功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pidomod combined with ambroterol on clinical symptoms and immune func tion in children with acute bronchitis.Methods 110 children with acute bronchitis treated in the hospital from March,2017 to March,2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=55)and treatment group(n=55).The control group was treated with am broterol oral solution,and the treatment group was treated with pidomod dispersible tablets on this basis.The clinical efficacy,im mune function and disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,IgG,IgA and IgM level of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of lung rale and cough disappearance in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pidomod combined with ambroterol can improve the clinical symptoms,enhance immune function,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect in children with acute bronchitis,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
