态势分析法联合急救护理流程优化在急救护理过程中的作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨态势分析法(SWOT)联合急救护理流程优化对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者救治效果的影响。方法选取福建省立医院2017年10月—2018年10月收治的96例AMI患者,随机数字表法将常规组(行常规急诊护理)和研究组(行基于SWOT分析法及急救护理流程优化的护理手段)。比较两组患者的急诊救治时间及救治效果。结果与常规组相比,研究组分诊时间、PCI时间均显著降低(P<0.01),且患者病情也得到快速稳定(P<0.01)。研究组抢救成功率100%,显著高于常规组(P<0.01),且患者满意度也得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论SWOT分析法联合急救护理流程优化可改善AMI患者急诊救治效果,时间更短,成功率更高,患者满意度高。 Objective To explore the influence of situation analysis combined with emergency nursing process optimization on the treatment effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 96 patients with AMI admitted to the hospital from October,2017 to October,2018 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group.The control group were given routine emergency nursing,and the study group were given nursing methods based on situation analysis and optimization of emergency nursing process.The time and effect of emergency treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the time of triage and PCI in the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the patient’s con dition was fast and stable(P<0.01).The success rate of rescue in the study group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.01),and patient satisfaction was also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The combina tion of SWOT analysis and optimization of emergency nursing process can improve the emergency treatment effect of AMI patients with shorter time,higher success rate and higher patient satisfaction.
