摘要
某生活垃圾转运站配套渗滤液处理站采用“UASB+MBR+气浮”处理工艺,主要从设计水量、水质、工艺设计、单体设计、调试及运行状况和投资与运行成本分析等方面进行叙述。运行结果表明,该工艺对垃圾中转站渗滤液具有较高的去除效率,CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN和SS的去除率分别高达98.6%、98.5%、99.0%、97.3%和99.6%。处理后出水的各项水质指标可以达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)A等级的排放标准的要求。渗滤液单位处理运行费用为33.07元/吨,具有较好的经济性。
The process of the supporting leachate treatment of the waste transfer station was“UASB+MBR+Air floatation”.This paper mainly included the water quantity of design,water quality,process of design,commissioning and operation,analysis of investment and operation cost.The operation result show that the process has high removal efficiency of the leachate of transfer station.The removal rates of CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN and SS were 98.6%、98.5%、99.0%、97.3%and 99.6%respectively.The indicators of effluent quality can meet the requirements of A level of wastewater quality standards for discharging to municipal sewers(GB/T31962-2015).The treatment cost of leachate was 33.07 yuan/ton,which had good economy.
