摘要
该试验研究选取了华南地区几种养殖的特色鲤科鱼类品种[禾花鲤(Procypris marus)、麦溪鲤和光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbas hollandi)]和野生捕捞的普通鲤鱼(Cyprinus Carpio)为材料,对比分析了它们的肌肉营养成分和肠道酶活性指标。结果表明:人工池塘养殖的光倒刺鲃和麦溪鲤,其肌肉中粗脂肪含量明显高于野生鲤鱼与禾花鲤;同时,禾花鲤的肌肉具有蛋白含量高、而脂肪含量低的特性。同种消化酶活力在不同种类的鱼中有不同的活力表现,说明消化酶活力受鱼类品种、食性、栖息环境、投喂策略等多方面的影响。
Three cultured Cyprinidae species in south China(Procypris merus,Maixi carp and Spinibarbus hollandi)and wild Cyprinus carpio were selected as experimental samples to compare and analyze their muscle nutrient compositionand intestinal enzymatic activity.The results showed that the crude fat values in muscle for Maixi carp and S.hollandi cultured in pond were significantly higher than those of P.merus and C.carpio P.merus had the characteristics of both high crude protein and low crude fat.Meanwhile,the same kind of digestive enzyme activity had different performance in different species of Cyprinidae,which indicated that the digestive enzyme activitieswere affected by species,diet,growing environment,feeding strategy and other aspects.
