摘要
针对大温差小流量风机盘管机组在应用中存在的供冷量不足的问题,通过理论研究提出采用减少回路数的方案,完成样机制作并进行性能试验。结果表明,优化方案使供冷量提升了约10%,水压降的增幅在可接受的范围内,满足设计要求。研究结果可为类似空调产品的设计提供参考。
According to the issue of no enough cooling capacity for a large temperature difference and small flow fan coit unit,it’s proposed to use the scheme of decreasing the circuit through theoretical study.The prototype is made,and the performance test is conducted.The results show that the optimized scheme can improve the cooling capacity by about 10%,and the amplification of water pressure drop is within the acceptable level,which satisfy the design requirements.The study results can provide reference for design of similar air-conditioning products.
