摘要
以某型空调器开发过程中发现的空心墙体传振噪声为例,首先分析室外机振动传递路径,确定压缩机胶垫抵碰泵脚螺栓为噪声主要原因。然后基于静刚度、动刚度和应力分析,从泵脚螺栓及压缩机胶垫结构2方面进行优化。经仿真与试验校核,泵脚螺栓及胶垫优化分别使防抵碰能力提高30%和22%,空心墙体传振噪声得到改善。
Taking the vibration transmission noise of the hollow wall during the development process of a certain model air conditioner as an example,the vibration transmission path of the outdoor unit is analyzed.As a result,the rubber pad against the pump foot bolt is determined as the main cause of noise.Moreover,based on static stiffness,dynamic stiffness,stress analysis,the pump foot bolt and the compressor rubber pad structure are optimized.Through the simulation and experiment verification,the optimizations on the pump foot bolt and rubber pad can improve the anti-collision ability by 30%and 22%,respectively.The vibration transmission noise of the hollow wall is improved.
