基于室内热舒适状态的热泵型房间空调器除霜控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 当前热泵型房间空调器在进行除霜控制时,并未考虑室内环境所处的温升阶段及热舒适状态,导致除霜热舒适性不佳。本文提出一种新型除霜控制法,在传统时间-温差控制法除霜的基础上,结合室内环境所处的温升阶段、热舒适状态以及霜层的生长情况进行除霜判定,在保证室内温升速率的同时提升除霜热舒适性。试验结果表明,在室外温度为-5℃,相对湿度为80%时,采用新除霜控制法:在室内温度缓升阶段相比于时间控制法,除霜时室内温降可平均减小1℃;在室内温度稳定阶段,相比于时间控制法和时间-温差控制法,除霜时室内温降分别可平均减小1℃和2.1℃。 When using the current defrosting control methods of heat pump room air conditioner,the temperature rising stage and thermal comfort state of the indoor environment aren’t taken into account,resulting in poor thermal comfort during defrosting.A novel defrosting control method is put forward,based on the traditional time-temperature difference control method for defrosting and combined with temperature rise stages and thermal comfort state of indoor environment as well as the frost’s growing stage to conduct defrosting determination,which can ensure the temperature rising rate and thermal comfort of indoor environment during defrosting.The test results show that when the outdoor temperature is-5℃,and the relative humidity is 80%,using the novel defrosting control method,the temperature drop during defrosting in the slow rising stage of indoor temperature could be reduced by 1℃on average,compared with the time control method;the temperature drop during defrosting in heating stable stage of indoor temperature could be reduced by 1℃and 2.1℃respectively,compared with the time control method and the time-temperature difference control method.
