基于压缩机频率及室内机风机转速的房间空调器温湿双控方法 被引量:5

摘要 为提高房间空调器运行中室内热舒适性,提出一种基于压缩机频率及室内机风机转速的温湿双控方法,通过调节制冷除湿过程中的显冷量和潜冷量占比,将房间温度和相对湿度同时控制在舒适区域。对原有控制方法与温湿双控方法进行对比测试,并对温湿双控方法不同相对湿度工况进行试验验证。结果表明:该温湿双控方法可以有效实现温度调节至设定温度,相对湿度维持在40%~60%范围,满足用户热舒适要求。 In order to improve the indoor thermal comfort during the operation of room air conditioner,a double control method of temperature and humidity based on compressor frequency and indoor fan speed is put forward.By adjusting the ratio of sensible cooling capacity and latent cooling capacity in the process of refrigeration and dehumidification,it controls the temperature and relative humidity both in the comfort zone.The contrastive tests are conducted between the original control method and the double control method of temperature and humidity,and the test verification on the double control method of temperature and humidity is conducted under different relative humidities.The results show that the double control method of temperature and humidity can effectively achieve the temperature at the setting value,and the relative humidity in the comfort of 40%-60%,which meet the user thermal comfort requirement.
