打印路径对3D打印陶砂混凝土力学行为的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 3D打印混凝土技术采用逐层堆叠的成型工艺,打印路径引起的细观不均质性直接影响材料的宏观力学行为。为明确打印路径对3D打印陶砂混凝土力学性能的影响,设计两种常用打印路径,3D打印立方体和棱柱体试样,评估其抗压、抗折、劈拉等力学特性,分析力学各向异性,并测试试件受载过程中的超声波参数。结果表明,打印路径及加载方向均对宏观力学行为产生显著的影响。超声波检测的波速和幅值对混凝土结构的承载情况分析有效。试验结果为陶砂的资源化利用、打印混凝土材料的工程应用及结构防护预警提供了试验参考。 The 3D printing concrete technology adopts the layer-by-layer forming process,and the microscopic heterogeneity caused by the printing path directly affects the macroscopic mechanical behavior.In order to clarify the influence of printing paths on the mechanical properties of 3D printed ceramic sand concrete,two common printing paths were designed.The 3D printed cube and prism specimens were used to evaluate their mechanical properties such as compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting strength to analyze the anisotropy of mechanics,and the ultrasonic parameters are tested during the loading.The results show that the printing path and loading direction had significant influence on the macroscopic mechanical behavior.The amplitude detected by ultrasonic wave was effective in analyzing the loading resistant of concrete structure.The experimental results provide reference for the utilization of ceramic sand resources,the engineering application of printed concrete and the early warning of construction damage.
