摘要
针对内马铁路沿线缺乏优质河砂需要采用机制砂生产轨枕的现状,采用混凝土电通量、硫酸盐侵蚀、干燥收缩的试验方法,研究了机制砂石粉含量对轨枕混凝土耐久性能的影响,结果表明:随着机制砂石粉含量的增加,轨枕混凝土不同龄期的电通量均呈现下降趋势,但当机制砂石粉含量增加到13%时,混凝土电通量出现小幅度变大;随着机制砂石粉含量的增加,混凝土的耐蚀系数逐渐降低;在混凝土早期,机制砂石粉含量对于轨枕混凝土干燥收缩影响不明显,当试验龄期增长后,随着机制砂石粉含量的增加,轨枕混凝土干燥收缩呈现增大趋势。
In view of the lack of high-quality river sand along Kenya Nairobi-Naivasha Standard Gauge Railway Project,the effect of the content of manufactured sand powder on the durability of sleeper concrete was studied by using the test methods of concrete electric flux,sulfate erosion and drying shrinkage.The results show that with the increase of the content of manufactured sand powder,the electric flux of sleeper concrete at different ages decreases.However,when the content of manufactured sand powder increases to 13%,the electric flux of concrete increased slightly.With the increase of the content of manufactured sand powder,the corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete decreased gradually.In the early stage of concrete,the influence of the content of manufactured sand powder on the drying shrinkage of sleeper concrete was not obvious.When the test age increases,with the increase of the content of manufactured sand powder,sleeper concrete dries,the contraction tend to increase.
