珊瑚砂浆单轴压缩试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 珊瑚砂及由其拌制的混凝土材料在岛礁建设中具有重要的工程意义。为研究珊瑚砂浆的单轴抗压强度,使用珊瑚砂和普通河砂以相同配合比制作了两组砂浆试件,然后利用MTS试验机进行3种不同加载速度下的对比试验,并对试验过程中端面不平的试件进行分析。结果表明,珊瑚砂浆的承载能力随着加载速度的增加而有所提高,但是以常规C30混凝土配合比制作的珊瑚砂浆试件的承载能力远低于同样配合比的普通砂浆,应当对珊瑚砂拌制的混凝土材料的配合比及制作工艺进行优化改进。 Coral sand and corresponding concrete-like materials made of which are of momentous engineering significance in reef construction.In order to study the uniaxial compression strength of coral sand mortar,two groups of mortar specimens are made with coral sand originate from reef and common river sand separately,and the same mix proportion is adopted.Then three groups of contrast experiments with different loading rates are performed with MTS machine,some specimens with an uneven end-face are also analyzed during experimental process.The results show that bearing capacity of coral sand mortar increases with the loading rate.However,when mix proportion of normal C30 concrete is adopted to made the mortar specimens,bearing capacity of coral sand mortar is much lower than river sand mortar,thus the mix proportion and manufacturing techniques of concrete-like materials made of coral sand require further study.
