高校实验室安全文化建设是实验室安全体系构建的重要内容。结合实验室安全具体工作将安全文化建设分为五个方面:加强安全管理制度建设,指导约束师生规范的安全行为;加强安全教育,构建夯实师生安全知识体系;加强安全宣传,提高师生安全意识;加强安全环境建设,为规范的实验行为提供现实保障;加强安全监督检查,使师生自主的丰富安全知识、增强安全意识、强化安全行为。通过加强实验室安全文化建设,形成师生自我约束的安全理念及行为,从而确保实验室安全稳定运行。
