材料化学类院校研究生实验技能培养探讨

Investigation of the experimental skills of postgraduate in university of material chemistry

当前形势下,国际国内各行各业的科技发展都离不开材料科学技术的支撑,尤其是材料化学类专业的发展显得尤为重要。目前我国材料化学类专业的科技实力以及国际竞争力还不是很强大,解决这个问题需要加强两方面的建设,一是硬件设施的配套;二是培养具有较高科研能力的材料化学类人才。根据目前材料化学类院校研究生培养的模式剖析了我国材料化学类院校研究生实验技能培养的现状,并提出了可行的改善措施,有利于改善材料化学类科研院所研究生的培养模式,提高研究生的科研水平,推动材料化学学科科研的发展。

In the present situation,the development of science and technology in every profession are based on the development of material science and technology,especially the development of the materials chemistry.The current scientific and technological capabilities of material chemistry and international competitiveness in China are still not very strong.Strengthen the construction of two aspects can solve the up-mentioned problem.One method is to improve the hardware supporting facilities.Cultivation of material chemistry talents with high scientific research capabilities is an effective solution.Based on the current postgraduate cultivation of materials and chemistry universities,this paper analyzes the status quo of experimental skills training of China's material chemistry postgraduate and proposes feasible improvement policies in light of the current situation,which is conducive to the development of scientific research in material chemistry.
