摘要
萃取工艺作为一种节能环保的技术可用于从低温煤焦油中分离酚类。探讨了在常压下303.15,313.15,323.15 K时十二烷+1,4-丁二醇+间甲酚和十二烷+1,4-丁二醇+对甲酚的液液相平衡数据。通过分配系数和分离因子评估了溶剂的萃取能力。利用Othmer-Tobias和Bachman方程来验证测量数据的相关性,其线性相关性R 2≥0.99。利用NRTL和UNIQUAC热力学模型对测量数据进行关联,相对均方根偏差RMSD均低于0.003,表明NRTL和UNIQUAC都能很好地关联实验数据。
The liquid-liquid equilibrium data about ternary systems of dodecane+1,4-butanediol+m-cresol and dodecane+1,4-butanediol+p-cresol were discussed at 303.15,313.15 and 323.15 K under atmospheric pressure.The extraction ability of the solvent was evaluated by the partition coefficient and the separation factor.The Othmer-Tobias and Bachman equations were used to verify the correlation of the measured data with a linear correlation(R 2)≥0.99.The NRTL and UNIQUAC thermodynamic models were used to correlate the measured data,and the relative root mean square deviation(RMSD)was less than 0.003.This indicates that both NRTL and UNIQUAC can correlate experimental data well.
