从生态文明的视阙观照,由理念、制度、行为再及器物,共同构成了中国特色社会主义生态文化丰富的理论意蕴。进入新时期以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视人与自然和谐共生的时代课题,不仅将生态文明建设作为统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局和协调推进“四个全面”战略布局的重要内容,同时,坚定不移地实施乡村振兴战略,将解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重。实现乡村文化建设之美,建设好生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主的社会主义新农村,要在大力发展乡村经济与物质财富生产的同时,培植乡村生态文化入脑入心。应利用好生态文化鼓舞人、感染人、塑造人的重要功能,凸显生态文化的制度规范、理念支撑、行为典范、物质外化作用,把文化之美融入乡村建设全过程。
