Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System for Beautiful Ecological Construction Level

伴随着中国生态文明建设的推进,美丽生态建设逐渐受到越来越多学者的关注。在美丽生态建设过程中,科学的指标体系具有重要的意义。采取多学科、宽领域、全方位、深层次、开放式的宏观战略研究方法,以国家为审美对象,提出了美丽生态定量评价方法,建立了包括生态、资源、环境、景观等四个方面的全球美丽生态指数评价体系,得出各主要国家的美丽生态指数,发布了全球美丽生态排行榜,并做出各类指标的差距与优势分析。结果显示:发达国家美丽生态指数相对较高,欠发达国家美丽生态指数差距较大。在此基础上,为典型发展中国家——中国提出了相关政策建议,并就国际上共同应对全球生态环境问题展开讨论,以期为美丽生态建设的进一步发展提供科学依据。

With the development of China’s ecological civilization construction,the beautiful ecological construction has gradually attracted more and more scholars’attention.In the process of beautiful ecological construction,a scientific indicator system is of great significance.By adopting a multi-disciplinary,wide-field,comprehensive,deep-level,and open-ended macro strategic research method,taking the country as an aesthetic object,a quantitative evaluation method for beautiful ecology is proposed.Four aspects including ecology,resources,environment,and landscape are established.In terms of the global beauty ecology index evaluation system,the beauty ecology indexes of major countries were obtained,the global beauty ecology ranking was released,and the gaps and advantages of various indicators were analyzed.The results show that the index of beautiful ecology in developed countries is relatively high,while that in less developed countries is quite different.Based on the above,as a typical developing country,China’s relevant policy recommendations are put forward,and how countries should jointly cope with ecological and environmental problems is discussed,in order to provide scientific basis for the further development of beautiful ecological construction.
