新时代政德建设需从红色家书中汲取养分。红色家书蕴含丰富的伦理资源,包括明志:坚定的理想信念;克己:强烈的责任意识;诫子:直观的伦理映照。彰显老一辈革命家可贵的品格风范,表现在:为理想信念奋斗终身,具有家国“大我”情怀;注重自我道德修养,率先垂范;重视子女教诲,培养优秀接班人等。这些是我们进行家庭建设的生动教材,更是新时代党政干部政德建设的道义典范。新时代政德建设的思想渊源需从两个方向寻找,即中国传统政德文化及马克思主义政德观。具体路径应从坚定理想信念,补足共产党人精神之“钙”;守好廉洁关口,正确看待并行使公权力;严以修身表率,垂范他人;树立优良家风,管好亲属子女等着力点抓起。这为党风政风培育提供伦理支撑与路径选择,引导党政干部常修为政之德、常思贪欲之害、常怀律己之心。

To promote the construction of official virtue in the new era,we need to draw nutrients from the red letters.There are rich ethical resources in the red letters,such as aspirations:firm belief and ideal,self-discipline:strong sense of responsibility,children’s education:obvious ethical reflection,and so on.The red letters demonstrates valuable character style of revolutionaries of the older generation,for example they struggle for the ideals and beliefs all their lives with“I”identity of nation;pay attention to moral self-cultivation to show the list of others;take children's education seriously to cultivate excellent successors.This is a vivid textbook for our family construction and is even moral models of Party and government cadres officers.To construct contemporary morality of officers,we should excavate ideological roots:that is,Chinese traditional culture of political morality and Marxist concept of political morality.Its specific path should focus on several points:firm ideals and beliefs and make up the“calcium”of communist spirit;keep a good clean mark and view and wield public power correctly;strengthen self-cultivation to be an example for others;establish good family tradition and manage relatives and children,which will provide ethical support and the path selection for the cultivation of the conduct of the Party and the government.That will guide the Party and government cadres to constantly cultivate political morality often think about harm of greed and always keep heart in mind.
