摘要
耳鸣是一种常见的耳科症状,但是耳鸣的具体机制尚不清楚。有关耳鸣形成机制的假说有很多,目前普遍认为耳鸣现象的产生可能与不同的中枢参与有联系,包括中枢直接连接的改变或者新神经环路的建立,而其中各个环节可能与不同蛋白的表达有关。本文综述了与耳鸣中枢机制有关的主要蛋白,通过研究分析各种相关蛋白表达水平的变化,有助于理解耳鸣中枢机制并为耳鸣的临床诊疗提供新的思路。
Tinnitus is a common otology symptom,but the specific mechanism of tinnitus is still unclear.There are many hypotheses about the formation mechanism of tinnitus.Currently,it is generally believed that the generation of tinnitus may be related to the involvement of different centers,including the changes in the direct central connection or the establishments of new neural circuits,and each link may be related to the expression of different proteins.This text reviews the main proteins related to the central mechanism of tinnitus,and analyzes the changes in the expression levels of different proteins,which will be helpful to understand the central mechanism of tinnitus and to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
