摘要 针对现有医疗系统中信息共享困难、数据易泄露和存取效率低下的问题,提出一个基于区块链的电子健康记录(Electronic Health Records,EHR)数据安全存储共享方案。首先,采用无证书内容提取签名算法提供数据的隐私保护,并结合智能合约实现数据的安全共享。其次,使用星际文件系统(IPFS)存储真正的隐私数据,联盟区块链上只保存加密数据的哈希值,在实现数据安全存储的同时提高了下载效率。安全分析表明,该方案在数据安全性、隐私保护等方面具有明显的优势。 Aiming at the problems of information sharing,data leakage and storage inefficiency in existing medical systems,a blockchain based secure storage and sharing scheme for electronic health records(EHR)data is proposed.Firstly,a certificateless content extraction signature algorithm is used to provide privacy protection,secure sharing of data has realized in combination with smart contracts.Secondly,the interplanetary file system(IPFS)is used to store real private data,and the Hash values of encrypted private data are stored in the consortium blockchain,realizing the safe storage of data and improving the download efficiency of data.The security analysis shows that the scheme has outstanding advantages on data security and privacy preserving.
