摘要
社区卫生服务具备"六位一体"功能,是承载社区健康公共服务的关键主体,是"体医结合"的有力契合点。运用协同理论,从理念、知识、人才、技术、组织保障等要素通盘审视,在社区卫生服务中构建起一条清晰可行的"体医结合"路径,探索出一套可复制、易推广的社区"体医结合"工作模式。通过丰富社区卫生服务体育功能内涵,实现运动健身科学化精准指导,既是推动"体医结合"政策落地落实,释放"大健康"红利重要而紧迫的任务,也是推动国家健康治理能力和治理体系现代化的应有之义。
Community health service has the function of"six in one",which is the key subject of carrying community health public service,and is the strong conjunction point of"combination of sports and medicine".Based on the Synergy Theory,from the perspective of concept,knowledge,talent,technology,organizational security and other elements,a clear and feasible path of"combination of sports and medicine"was constructed in community health services,and a set of replicable and easy to promote community"combination of sports and medicine"mode was explored.It is not only an important and urgent task to promote the implementation of the"combination of sports and medicine"policy and release the"big health"bonus by enriching the connotation of the sports function of community health services and realizing the scientific and accurate guidance of sports fitness,but also the due significance of promoting the modernization of national health governance capacity and governance system.
