湖北省青少年儿童体质健康水平与学业成绩的相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨我国青少年儿童体质健康水平与其学业成绩间的关系。方法对湖北省十堰市、恩施市、宜昌市共1970名中小学生的体质健康水平进行测试,并收集其语文、数学、英语3门学科学业成绩,运用相关分析及回归分析对体质健康水平测试的各指标得分与学业成绩间的关系进行探讨。结果体质健康水平指标中的有氧耐力、速度、肌肉力量以及柔韧性均与各科学业成绩存在显著正相关。结论青少年儿童的体质健康水平的各项指标与其学业成绩间具有显著正相关,可以对其作出正向预测,这对提高青少年儿童的体质健康水平有积极的作用,为改变家长、老师的固有观念提供了有力的证据。 Objective To explore the relationship between physical fitness and academic achievement in adolescents.Methods 1970 students from primary school,middle school and high school in Shiyan,Enshi,Yichang city of Hubei province,were tested for their physical fitness,and their academic scores in Chinese,mathematics and English were collected.The correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between physical fitness and academic scores.Results The aerobic endurance,speed,muscle strength and flexibility have the positive correlation with academic achievement.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between students’physical fitness and their academic performance,which can be positively predicted.It also plays a positive effect in improving the physical health level in adolescents.And also provides a strong evidence for changing the fixed concepts of parents and teachers.
