摘要
为探究绵羊KRTAP6-1基因潜在的生物学功能,以生物基因组学数据库中KRTAP6-1基因序列为研究对象,采用生物信息学的预测相关软件,进行生物信息学的预测分析。结果表明,KRTAP6-1基因总共编码83个氨基酸,分子量8427.18 Da,是稳定的亲水性蛋白,主要在细胞质中起作用,没有明显的信号肽切割位点,其二级结构主要以无规卷曲和β螺旋的形式存在;绵羊KRTAP6-1基因编码蛋白的氨基酸组成与普通牛和山羊的同源性最高,分别为95.0%和91.7%。通过对绵羊KRTAP6-1基因编码产物的生物学分析,挖掘其潜在功能,结果为丰富绵羊基因组内容及该基因的后续利用提供基础信息。
In order to explore the potential biological function of sheep KRTAP6-1 gene,to predict the physical and chemical properties,structure and genetic evolution of the product encoded by KRTAP6-1 gene.Taking the KRTAP6-1 gene sequence in the NCBI database as the research object,bioinformatics prediction-related software was used to perform bioinformatics prediction analysis.The results showed that the KRTAP6-1 gene encoded a total of 83 amino acids,with a molecular weight of 8427.18 Da,was a stable hydrophilic protein,has no obvious signal peptide cleavage site,and mainly played a role in the cytoplasm.Its secondary structure was mainly composed of random coils and β-helix.The amino acid composition of the protein encoded by the sheep KRTAP6-1 gene had the highest homology with ordinary cattle and goats,at 95.0% and 91.7%,respectively.Through biological analysis of sheep KRTAP6-1 gene encoded products,to explore its potential functions,the results will provide basic information for enriching sheep genome content and subsequent use of the gene.
