峨眉武术操创编的若干思考

Thoughts on the Creation of Emei Wushu Gymnastics

峨眉武术操的创编,即是对中华优秀传统文化的弘扬,亦是对西方体育操化练习的拓展。因此,对其创编的思考,不应桎梏于其体育形式,更应考虑其文化因素。基于此,立足于文化视角,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从地域文化的角度,以武术操和峨眉武术操为蓝本,来探寻其创编的原则和其创编的终极意义。研究认为:峨眉武术操的创编肩负以体传文的文化使命和开拓发展的现实意义;在其创编过程之中以体育操化活动为外在形势、峨眉武术文化为内核,并根据一定的运动生理规律进行;此外,更应注重峨眉武学技法的运用和习练者的认同度。

the creation of emei wushu is not only the promotion of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also the expansion of the western sports practice.Therefore,the thinking of its creation should not be restricted in its sports form,but also consider its cultural factors.Based on this,this paper,based on the cultural perspective,adopts the method of literature and logical analysis,and from the perspective of regional culture,takes wushu and emei wushu as the model to explore the principles and ultimate significance of their creation,in order to provide some references for the development of emei wushu.The author holds that the creation and compilation of emei martial arts shoulder the cultural mission of communicating with the body and the practical significance of its development.In the process of its creation and compilation,physical exercise activities are taken as the external situation,emei martial arts culture as the core,and according to certain physiological laws of sports.In addition,more attention should be paid to the use of emei martial arts techniques and practitioners of the degree of recognition.
