武术训练对儿童体质健康影响的研究进展

儿童的体质健康状况是一个国家综合实力的表现,儿童体质状况对国家的未来发展非常重要。运动可以很好的促进儿童的身体健康。武术作为中华民族的国粹,武术对儿童的身体健康、心理健康等综合方面的影响非常值得研究。运用文献资料法对近五年武术对儿童的体质健康方面影响的相关研究进行综述和分析,结果发现相关研究的发文量较少,论文质量偏低,大多集中在普通期刊及硕士论文中,核心期刊及博士论文寥寥无几。而且很多文章都是通过文献资料分析和经验得出对儿童体质健康的影响,没有具体的实践性研究,可信度不够高。武术项目种类繁多,但是相关的武术干预研究项目大多选择初级长拳套路或武术健身操等项目,武术项目种类干预过于单一,建议各个省市地方应该重视中华民族武术项目,鼓励并发扬地方的拳种项目。关于儿童武术科学研究,应该投入更多经费,以鼓励儿童武术科学研究的课题。

The physical health of children is an expression of the overall strength of a country,and the physical health of children is very important to the country's future development.Exercise can promote children's health.As the quintessence of Chinese nation,Martial Arts's influence on children's physical and mental health is worth studying.Use the literature method to review and analyze the related research about the influence of martial arts on children's physical health in the past five years,The results show that the number of papers published is small and the quality of papers is low.Most of them are concentrated in ordinary journals and master's theses,with few core journals and doctoral dissertations.Moreover,many articles are based on literature analysis and experience to find the impact on children's physical health,without specific practical research,the credibility is not high enough.There are many types of martial arts,but most of the related martial arts intervention research projects choose basic changquan or martial arts aerobics.The type of martial arts intervention is too single.It is suggested that all provinces and cities should attach importance to Chinese national martial arts events,encourage and promote local martial arts events.More funds should be invested in scientific research on children's martial arts to encourage scientific research of children's martial arts.
