摘要
项群训练理论对竞技运动项目进行联系与区分,同群项目在项目特征、运动技术、学习及训练方法上相似。通过文献研究法、观察法、比较分析法,以排球技术与羽毛球技术为例,探究体育教学中同群项目运动技能迁移的内在逻辑与实践,为体育教育专业学生学习多种运动项目技术,提升实践教学能力提供价值借鉴。
Item group training theory connects and distinguishes competitive sports events.Similar group items are similar in project characteristics,sports technology,learning and training methods.In this paper,through literature research,observation,comparative analysis,taking volleyball technology and badminton technology as examples,this article explores the internal logic and practice of the transfer of sports skills in the same group of items in physical education,in order to improve the sports education students learn multiple sports techniques,Improve practical teaching ability to provide value for reference.
