我国业余体校发展的现实困惑及优化策略研究

A Study on the Realistic Perplexity and Optimization Strategy of the Development of Amateur Sports Schools in China

运用文献资料法和专家访谈法等,对我国业余体校的发展态势进行审视与反思,针对业余体校发展的现存问题提出了优化策略,皆在提升我国业余体校后备竞技体育人才培养质量。研究认为:我国业余体校发展面临选拔模式不够透明,后续就业保证不足,政策资金扶持不足,学生文化素质不高等现实困惑。建议:明确业余体校的自身定位,实行体教融合的培养模式,提高教练员基本业务素质,构建学生运动员选拔机制,拓宽运动员升学就业渠道,完善体校基础设施的建设,从而提升我国业余体校后备竞技体育人才培养质量。

This paper investigates the development of amateur sports schools in China by using the methods of literature and expert interview,and puts forward optimization strategies for the existing problems of amateur sports schools,all of which are improving the quality of reserve competitive sports talents training in amateur sports schools in China.The research shows that the development of amateur sports schools in China is faced with the following problems:the selection mode is not transparent enough,the followup employment guarantee is insufficient,the policy and funds support is insufficient,and the students'cultural quality is not high.Suggestions:make clear the self orientation of amateur sports schools,implement the training mode of integration of sports and teaching,improve the basic professional quality of coaches,build the selection mechanism of students'athletes,broaden the channels for athletes to enter higher education and employment,and improve the construction of infrastructure of sports schools,so as to improve the training quality of reserve competitive sports talents in amateur sports schools in China.
