摘要
新冠疫情给大学生就业造成冲击,具体体现为大学生就业竞争者增加,劳动力需求总量下降、需求结构发生变化,以及求职时间成本和机会成本增加。本研究依据生涯建构理论,提出在诸如疫情等UVCA情景中,大学生可以通过发展自身职业适应水平来提升就业能力,培养自己的主动性、乐观性和开放性;锻炼自己对职业发展的关注、探索、好奇与自信;制定求职计划、继续学习、构建关系网络等以应对不确定性,提高就业质量。
COVID-19 epidemic has a great impact on College Students’employment,which is reflected in the increase of job rivals,the decrease of labor demand,the change of structure of labor demand,and the increase of costs of job searching.According to career construction theory,it proposed that in UVCA situation,such as in COVID-19 epidemic,college students can improve their employability by developing their career adaptive level,such as cultivating their own proactivity,optimism and openness;exercising their concern,exploration,curiosity and self-confidence in career development;formulating job-search plans,continuing learning,and building network to cope with uncertainty for higher employment quality.
