浅谈新时代兵团高校农业人才基层就业现状及对策

推动新疆跨越式发展,促进社会稳定和长治久安,人才是核心。农业是新疆生产建设兵团(简称"兵团")的优势产业,留住一批懂农业、爱基层、有理想、有担当的高等农业人才,对新疆社会发展最有重要意义。本文探讨基层就业现状改变的背景下,如何更好地引导农业人才到基层就业。

To promote the leap-forward development of Xinjiang and promote social stability and long-term stability,talents are the core.Agriculture is the dominant industry of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(abbreviated as XPCC).Retaining a group of high-level agricultural talents who understand agriculture,love the grassroots,have ideals and are responsible is of the greatest significance to the social development of Xinjiang.This paper discusses how to better guide agricultural talents to grassroots employment under the background of the change of grassroots employment status.
