温针灸结合红外热成像治疗肾阳虚型腰痛疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture combined with infrared thermography for lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type

目的观察肾阳虚型腰痛患者采用温针灸结合红外热成像治疗的应用效果。方法选择本院针灸科门诊2019年9月~2020年4月治疗的肾阳虚型腰痛患者40例,按照简单随机分组法分为对照组(20例,采用普通针刺治疗)和试验组(20例,采用温针灸结合红外热成像治疗)。收集分析两组患者治疗前后JOA评分、肾阳虚型腰痛分级量化评分评价治疗效果,收集试验组红外热成像结果。结果治疗前,两组患者的JOA评分、肾阳虚型腰痛分级量化评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d、治疗30 d后试验组患者JOA评分、肾阳虚型腰痛分级量化评分改善效果明显优于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且试验组患者治疗前后红外热成像结果明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾阳虚型腰痛患者采用温针灸结合红外热成像治疗效果更佳,患者治疗有效率高,适用于临床治疗肾阳虚型腰痛患者。

Objective To observe the application efficacy of warming acupuncture combined with infrared thermography in lumbago patients of kidney yang deficiency type.Methods 40 lumbago patients of kidney yang deficiency type admitted to the acupuncture clinic of our hospital from September 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=20,treated with routine acupuncture)and the experimental group(n=20,treated with warming acupuncture combined with infrared thermography)according to simple random grouping method.JOA score,grading quantitative score of lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type before and after treatment of the two groups were collected and analyzed,the therapeutic effect was evaluated and infrared thermography results of the experimental group were collected.Results Before treatment,the JOA score and the grading quantitative score of lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 15-day and 30-day of treatment,the improvement efficacy of the JOA score and the grading quantitative score of lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type of the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group,the treatment efficacy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the infrared thermography results of the patients in the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture combined with infrared thermography is better for patients with lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type with high therapeutic efficiency,which is suitable for clinical treatment of patients with lumbago of kidney yang deficiency type.
