舒适护理在手术室整体护理中的应用体会

Experience in the application of comfort nursing in holistic nursing in operation room

目的分析舒适护理在手术室整体护理中的体会。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治60例手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组使用舒适护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果实施护理前,两组者的SAS评分与SDS评分无差异(P>0.05),护理后,两组SAS评分和SDS评分均有所降低,观察组较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05),观察组对于健康教育、护理服务与患者自我舒适度的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室整体护理过程中使用舒适护理能够使患者舒适度得到提高,缓解患者心理压力,从而提高患者的手术配合度,使手术疗效与满意度得到提高。

Objective To analyze the experience of comfort nursing in the holistic nursing in the operation room.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 surgical patients who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing care.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS scores and SDS scores in both groups were reduced,and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The health education,nursing service and self-comfort assessment in the observation group were higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing care in the holistic nursing in the operation room can improve patient comfort,relieve patients'psychological stress,thereby improving the patient's degree of surgical cooperation,and improving the surgical effect and satisfaction.
