摘要
经济与社会不断发展,人才资源作为经济社会发展第一资源的特征和作用更加明显。国内人才竞争迅速蔓延,各地区"人才争夺战"空前激烈。长三角地区是我国经济发展迅速、资源丰富的城市群,区域协调发展需进一步完善,而人才资源对于长三角地区高质量一体化发展具有重要意义。基于此,文章首先对2014-2018年长三角地区三省一市的26个城市人才吸引力进行评价,结果表明近年来各城市人才吸引力逐渐提升但存在显著的区域差异;通过Dagum基尼系数对区域差距进行测算及分解,发现主要差异来源为区域间差异,并分析其动态演进趋势。最后根据研究结论提出相关建议。
With the development of economy and society,the characteristics and role of human resources as the first re⁃source for economic and social development have become more obvious.Domestic talent competition is spreading rapidly,and the“talent competition”in various regions is fiercer than ever before.The Yangtze River Delta region is a city group with rapid economic development and rich resources in China.The coordinated development of the region needs to be fur⁃ther improved,talent resources are of great significance for the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.Based on this,the paper first evaluates the talent attractiveness of 26 cities in three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the talent attractiveness of each city has gradual⁃ly increased in recent years but there are significant regional differences;the regional differences are measured and de⁃composed by Dagum Gini coefficient and finds that the regional differences are predominated,and then analyzes its dy⁃namic evolution trend;finally,put forward relevant suggestions based on the research conclusions.
