血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)检测在小儿手足口病诊断中的应用分析

Analysis on the application of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)detection in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children

目的探讨小儿手足口病诊断中血清C反应蛋白及降钙素原检测的应用价值及意义。方法选取本院2015年9月~2016年9月期间接诊小儿手足口病患儿58例设为研究对象开展比较性研究,根据患儿感染程度的不同将其分为对照组(轻型感染患儿)30例与研究组(重症感染患儿)28例。两组入院后均接受常规血清炎症因子、血清C反应蛋白及降钙素原联合检验。比较血清炎症因子、血清C反应蛋白及降钙素原检验数据组间及组内差异性。结果研究组IL-10(37.63±4.15)pg/mL,IL-6(6.58±2.47)pg/mL,WBC(10.86±3.52)×10^9/L、TNF-α(0.37±0.16)μg/L、血清C反应蛋白(2.31±1.04)mg/L及降钙素原(0.061±0.028)ng/mL检验数据均明显均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原检测在小儿手足口病临床诊断中的应用,可实现患儿病情的有效辅助诊断,但对于患儿病情进展评估仍需联合其他检验指标实施联合检验,进一步提升诊断效果。

Objective To study and analyze the application value and significance of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)detection in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods A total of 58 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects to conduct comparative study,and were divided into the control group(30 children with mild infection)and the study group(28 children with severe infection)according to their infection degree.After admission,both groups received the combined test of routine serum inflammatory factors,serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin.The differences in serum inflammatory factors,serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were compared between and within groups.Results The test data of IL-10(37.63±4.15)pg/mL,IL-6(6.58±2.47)pg/mL,WBC(10.86±3.52)×10^9/L,TNF-α(0.37±0.16)μg/L,serum C-reactive protein(2.31±1.04)mg/L,and procalcitonin(0.061±0.028)ng/mL in the study group were all significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the clinical diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children can provide effective assistance in diagnosing the ill condition of children.However,the assessment of the disease progress still needs to be conducted by combining other test indexes as combined test to further improve the diagnostic effect.
