肱骨髓内钉治疗肱骨近端骨折术后采用中医三期疗法辅助治疗对患者骨折的疗效及肩关节功能恢复的影响

The efficacy of adjuvant treatment of three-stage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the patients'fracture and its effect on the recovery of their shoulder joint functions after the surgical treatment of humeral intramedullary nail for proximal humerus fracture

目的分析肱骨髓内钉治疗肱骨近端骨折术后采用中医三期疗法辅助治疗对患者骨折的疗效及肩关节功能恢复的影响。方法将2018年1月~2020年1月期间我院收治的进行肱骨近端骨折术患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予中医三期疗法辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后关节功能评分、肿胀程度优良率以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组关节功能评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组关节功能评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿胀程度优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医三期疗法辅助治疗有助于提高患者的治疗效果,促使患者肩关节功能尽早恢复,改善预后,使用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of adjuvant treatment of three-stage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the patients'fracture and its effect on the recovery of their shoulder joint functions after the treatment of humeral intramedullary nail for proximal humerus fracture.Methods 72 patients who received surgical treatment of proximal humerus fracture admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were taken as the subjects of research and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given adjuvant treatmentwith three-stage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The joint function scores,the incidence of complications and the excellence rate of swelling degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05),while after treatment,the joint function scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellence rate of swelling degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Theadjuvant treatment with three-stage therapy of traditional Chinese medicineis conducive to improving the curative effect on the patients,making their shoulder joint functions recover as soon as possible,and ameliorating their prognosis,which is of great application value and worthy of promotion.
