牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗前臂双骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of traction rotary bone tactics combined with traditional Chinese medicine for fracture of both forearms

目的研究牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗前臂双骨折的临床疗效,为前臂双骨折的临床治疗提供指导。方法于2016年8月~2017年7月选取我院收治的80例前臂双骨折患者作为研究对象,各组40例,对照组仅采用牵引下旋转分骨手法治疗,试验组在对照组的治疗基础上配合中药进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、骨折愈合时间,比较两种治疗方式疗效。结果对照组:试验组总有效率97.5%高于对照组85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前,两组VAS、肿胀评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组VAS、肿胀评分低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05),对照组的骨折愈合时间为(4.32±0.83)月,试验组的骨折愈合时间为(3.42±0.84)月,试验组治疗的骨折愈合时间更短于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后并发症发生率的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗前臂双骨折的临床疗效显著,能有效缩短骨折愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of traction rotary bone tactics combined with traditional Chinese medicine for fracture of both forearms,and to provide guidance for the clinical treatment for fracture of both forearms.Methods 80 patients with fracture of both forearms admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated by traction rotary bone tactics only,while the experimental group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.The total efficacy rate and fracture healing time of the two groups were observed and the curative effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.0%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and swelling scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS and swelling scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the control group was(4.32±0.83)months,while that in the experimental group was(3.42±0.84)months.The fracture healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of complications after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traction rotary bone tactics combined with traditional Chinese medicine for fracture of both forearms was significant,which can effectively shorten the fracture healing time,and is worthy of clinical application.
