血清降钙素原检测在婴幼儿细菌性肺炎诊疗中的临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原检测(PCT)在婴幼儿细菌性肺炎诊疗中的临床效果。方法随机选取我院行肺炎疾病诊疗的婴幼儿12例为研究对象,纳入时间为2017年5月~2019年4月,根据患儿感染的类型不同分为细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组、单纯肺炎衣原体肺炎组、单纯肺炎支原体肺炎组,各组患儿分别为40例、40例、20例、20例,同期选择健康体检婴幼儿40例作为对照组,参与本次实验的婴幼儿均行血清降钙素原检测,分析阳性检出率及PCT变化水平。结果与其他四组相比,细菌性肺炎组的PCT变化水平、阳性检出率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原在小儿感染性肺病诊断中具有较高价值,可以区分细菌性肺炎,对抗生素使用做出指导,最大程度避免用药不合理而导致耐药性提高等一系列问题。 Objective To explore the clinical performance of serum procalcitonin(PCT)as a diagnostic marker for bacterial pneumonia(BP)in infants and young children.Methods 120 cases in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomLy selected and included as subjects.They were divided into the BP group,the viral pneumonia(VP)group,the Chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia(CPP)group and the Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)group according to different types of pneumonia.Case numbers in each group were 40,40,20 and 20.Another 40 infants and young children participating physical examinations for the corresponding period were selected as healthy controls.Serum levels of PCT were determined in all subjects enrolled in this study.Positive rates and levels of PCT were analyzed.Results The BP group showed the highest level and positive rate of PCT than the other four groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant clinical value of serum PCT in diagnosing BP in children,facilitating the differential diagnosis of this malady and the judicious use of antibiotics.Therefore,it can avert antibiotic resistance resulting from the inappropriate use of antibiotics as much as possible.
