生物化学检验是高职高专医学检验技术专业一门重要的专业核心课程,其内容抽象,结构复杂,依托PPT课件进行教学可以提高教学效果,因此课件制作也成为教师的基本功之一。在PPT课件制作过程中要注重素材收集和教学设计的重要性,同时做到合理选择模板和设计页面,合理使用flash课件素材、图表、图片和视频,合理使用字体、字号、颜色、页面布局,巧用表格、结构图、数字取代文字,适当设置动画效果等,以达到主次分明、界面清晰、层次合理、动静结合的效果。

Biochemical assay is an important professional core curriculum for medical assay technology major in higher vocational colleges.Its content is abstract,and its structure is complex.Teaching based on PPT courseware improves the teaching effect,so courseware making has become one of the basic skills of teachers.In the PPT courseware making process,we should pay attention to the importance of the material collection and teaching design.At the same time,we should reasonably select templates and design pages,reasonably use flash courseware materials,charts,pictures and videos,reasonably use fonts,font sizes,colors and page layouts,skillfully use tables,structural diagrams and numbers to replace words,and properly set up animation effects,so as to achieve the impression of clear priorities,bright interfaces,reasonable levels and combination of dynamic&static images.
