Determination and Influencing Factors of Fuzzing and Pilling Propensity of School Uniform

校服在服用和洗涤过程中,由于不断经受摩擦,织物表面会发生起毛起球现象。这不仅使校服外观恶化,降低校服的服用性能,直接接触皮肤的部分还会影响穿着舒适度。通过讨论织物起毛起球机理、校服起毛起球性能的相关标准要求和检测方法,分析了校服起毛起球的影响因素,并提出了改进措施。

Through constant abrasion,fuzz and pills would appear on fabric surfaces of school uniform during wear or laundering.School uniform with fuzz and pills not only had unsightly appearance and unpleasant handle,but also reduced the wearing performance of school uniform.The fabrics that came into direct contact with the skin would also cause discomfort.Pilling mechanism,the relevant standards and detection methods of school uniform pilling propensity were discussed.The influencing factors of pilling were analyzed.The improvement measures were proposed.
