“十四五”时期浙江省石化产业集群能力提升研究——以舟山绿色石化基地为例

On the Capacity Enhancement of Zhejiang Petrochemical Industry Cluster in the Period of 14th Five-Year Plan——A Case Study of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base

结合浙江省石化产业集群发展态势与存在问题的分析,研判“十四五”时期集群能力提升策略,并针对舟山绿色石化基地发展总体情况以及需要关注的问题,提出依托大湾区建设、融入海洋经济、打造全产业链优势、增强科技创新能力、加快数字化转型、推动产城协调的发展策略。

Based on the analysis of the development situation and problems of the petrochemical industry cluster in Zhejiang Province,this paper makes a special study and judgment of the strategy for the capacity enhancement of the industry cluster during the period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”.Aiming at the overall development of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base and the problem to be attended,this paper advances such development strategies as relying on the construction of Greater Bay Area,integrating into the marine economy,creating the advantages of the entire industrial chain,enhancing the technological innovation capability,accelerating digital transformation,so as to promote the coordination of both industry and city.
