摘要
为了保证露天煤矿煤层出露速度、提高剥离作业效率,在分析剥离松动爆破单斗-卡车工艺、抛掷爆破单斗-卡车工艺、抛掷爆破拉斗铲倒堆工艺的工艺流程和技术特征基础上,对比了3种剥离工艺的优缺点及适用条件,并以黑岱沟露天煤矿实际工程为案例,研究证明了抛掷爆破单斗-卡车工艺具有提高剥离作业效率、保证煤层出露速度、缩短卡车运距、降低投资等优势,该工艺在条件适宜的露天矿具备推广价值。
In order to ensure the speed of coal seam exposure and improve the efficiency of stripping operation,the single bucket truck technology of throwing blasting is used during the maintenance of the dragline in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine.Based on the analysis of the technological process and technical characteristics of the single bucket truck technology of stripping loose blasting,the single bucket truck technology of throwing blasting and the pull bucket shovel technology of throwing blasting,the advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of the three stripping technologies are compared.Based on the actual project of Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine,it is proved that,the single bucket truck technology of throwing blasting can improve the stripping efficiency,ensure the coal seam exposure speed,shorten the truck distance,reduce investment.The technology is worth popularizing in the open-pit mine with suitable conditions.
